| 1 | Do you do larger jobs such as fitting Kitchens and Bathrooms? |
| Sorry I do not, I prefer jobs that take between an hour to a day or two so that I can provide a regular service to all of my customers. I specialise in small jobs that do not require specialist tradesmen. | |
| 2 | Are you NAPIT/NICEIC registered? |
| No. However I can carry out many basic electrical and plumbing jobs and can advise you if you need to contact a specialist tradesman. | |
| 3 | Are you insured? |
| Yes I am backed by £2m public liability insurance. | |
| 4 | Do you work evenings and weekends? |
| Normal working hours for me are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. I can also offer an evening and Saturday morning service with prior arrangement. | |
| 5 | How can I pay? |
| I accept cash, cheque and BACS transfers. I am looking into Paypal and other online transaction facilities. | |
| 6 | What areas do you cover? |
| I am based in Castleford but I am prepared to travel. This may incur a small charge to cover expenses agreed before the work is accepted. | |
| 7 | Will I have to wait in all day? |
| No, I will arrange a mutually agreeable time and will endeavour to be punctual. If for any reason there is a delay on my part I will ensure that I ring you to let you know. | |
| 8 | Do you offer any discounts? |
| I believe my rates are competitive and reflective of the level of skill and experience I offer. However I currently have a 10% discount offered for your first job. I also offer a 5% discount for OAP's all year round. | |
